Residents of St. Catharines
A library membership card is available free of charge to residents of St. Catharines. You can obtain a library membership card at any library branch. You will need to show two pieces of identification, one of which must include a current address.
Non-residents who own a St. Catharines property or business can apply for a free library membership card by presenting a tax receipt for a St. Catharines property or business and two pieces of identification, one of which must include a current address.
Non-residents who do not own a business or property in St. Catharines can also apply for a library membership card. Effective April 2, 2016 the annual fee will be $75.00 for a library card with full borrowing privileges.
Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Library immediately. The replacement fee for a lost card is $4.00 for an adult card and $2.00 for a child's card.
